📦 Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Incorrect Item Received
    If the item you received does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    Email us at info@boatmaxpartsonline.com or call +1 (941) 337-8506 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defect, or a damaged item.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

  4. Inspection and Processing
    Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to verify its condition. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used outboard motors are not eligible for return.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund.
